New sweetness and light

Maybe I'll devise the other half of my wardrobe around this bag by GiantDwarf. I love the mix of colors and pattern.

Schemes

My wardrobe is looking tired and the cool weather puts me in mind of changing everything. Maybe I should get a pretty piece of jewelry like this from nhubs and build a whole look around it.

Floating poppies

I discovered the work of Steve Neverdeen through the oh-so-pretty Ill Seen, Ill Said blog. Isn't it lovely?

The gorgeous tones and landscapes put me dreamily in the mood of the film A Very Long Engagement.

My favorite cone flower ever

I've been smitten with wishfactory's work for a while, but her recent soft sculpture of a cone flower has captured my heart and imagination. How fantastic!

Yes please

If I had this lovely lovely wee couch from Spruce, I would love it and call it Ernie and never let my kitties with their fearsome claws near it - - - well maybe only to sit in my lap.

Jellies

I believe my love for jellyfish is pretty well documented. So how did you all fail to inform me of these fantastic notecards by FrancesAntoinette?! I hope you'll all try harder next time.
So perfect! I want to frame them and hang them about my house in unexpected places.

With its cute buggyness and all that sparkly goldness, I want this painting by KellyPatton bad. So bad that I'm bargaining with myself about what I can scrimp on to justify buying pretty artwork when I have already splurged badly on clothes this month. Maybe I'll find magic money to make this bug my own.

Bark

I want like a bazillion of the shrinky dink rings by dillondesigns. I want this bark one the very most.

Reminded

Doesn't this dress from AntiqueDress.com remind you of those sweet old fashioned appliqued quilts? Oh so pretty!

The smallness of being

I adore these cool images by Andrea Aversa. They are so intriguing.

Knitty

This knitted purse by knitwhit is pretty had to resist. Love the girly colors and the fun layers.

Mmmmmmm

This painting by Mary Anne Wakeley has colors I could bathe in.

Itch

Thaneya's artwork has one of my favorite qualities - it makes me itch to pick up my markers and paints and get busy. These pieces are so lively and fun and delightful to my eyes.

Mixture

Vadjutka does some remarkabley unique things with jewelry. Her blend of materials is inspiring.

Cozy felt jewelry

September's onset means fall is unavoidable now. Good excuse to make sure even your jewelry is cozy, right? This lurvely piece is made by mainichi.

Pulsating

These beads from AK Designs are fascinating and beautiful and very organic looking. They look to me like eggs found deep under the sea that might pulsate and hatch crazy alien creatures that mean you no good. No good at all.

(So maybe somebody has been watching a bit too many old X Files episodes. But if I were Scully and I came upon these in some shadowy dark place, I'd run like hell).
But really, they are gorgeous.

And while I'm at it

I want everything in ApplauseDesign's shop. Let's start with these first shall we.

Mixed ring

What a clever mix of materials this ring has! Find it at saltandpaper.

Blooming

This vintage dress is utterly perfect.

The wind had blown the hours awry

Etsy shop bezzab makes some seriously cute plush windmills. I'm starting to suspect everything done in softie form gets a serious dose of cuteness.

Can you tell whose walls are feeling lonely?

I admit that in my head I'm on a art gathering spree. Here's a piece by Amy Earles that I adore in all kinds of ways.

Thinking

Kelly Vivanco has so many pretty pieces, but this is the one that I would love to adopt. Although No Bother is a heart tugger too.

Wantsome

I want this headband by Potato Croquette.
I also want the ability to make it look this sweet on my own head.
I want her hair actually.
And while we're at it, how about a vacation and unlimited energy.

Super powers

I firmly believe that just wearing this necklace by PetitOiseau could give me Wonder Woman-like powers. And believing is half of it, right?

Smartest f'ing luggage ever

This would make me happy even if I wasn't treavleing. I would pack it full of stuff just to use it. A case full of balls and kites for the park. Chock full of muffins for spreading happy deliousness. Maybe stuffed with silk scarves to trail in the wind off of tall buildings. I'd live my life like a Wes Anderson extra. Made by Preserve.

Rain rain is falling down

I love these mellow strands of rain. Cause sometimes, you need some rainy chill days and all you get is sunny happy ass cheerful weather. These would be good to have on standby. Made by KateGreiner.

Serious cuteness

There is some serious cuteness going on over at dadaya. Am I the last person to learn of these berets and other cold weather wear?

A-mazing!

Bubblegum sweet

So lately I have been ranting about my hatred of gum. And I do abhor gum and gum chewing. However, I can admit to loving this sweet vintage bubblegum dress, right? Especially with that extra adorable pocket! Find it at DeborahJeanVintage.

Decision-making made harder

My bathroom is tiny. Counter space is nonexistant and cabinet space is a jumble. So I've set my sights on getting a tray to stash all my make-up in. I can keep it on my dresser in the bedroom, and prettify myself in front of my dresser mirror. Now all I need is the perfect vintage tray, but etsy makes it so hard! Here's some recent temptations:

From Shopworthy.
One that Kristen would adore from deadbirdfinds.

Great color from lorenzstudio.
From YouAreYou.

From GreyBrocketsHome.

Tiny and adorable from scottishart.

From KitschNCollectibles.

And I should buy one of these, but as a vintage seller myself, I can't resist the challenge to go find something pretty and unique myself. However, that green one is SO tempting.
